Cancellation Policy

Effective as of June 17th, 2021

Customer may cancel the order by giving notice to Act1 Photo Booths no later than 30 days prior to scheduled pickup/delivery date. In the event the order is cancelled the Customer will lose their non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation occurring less than thirty days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.

Act1 Photo Booths reserves the right to reject or cancel any rental order/customer at any time for any reason at its discretion. Any monies paid will be refunded and Lessee may not at any time afterward sue for damages. Funds will be refunded by check or credit card within 7 business days of cancellation.

Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the retainer shall be forfeited, and the event considered cancelled. Any cancellation occurring less than thirty days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments
