Performance fee agreed upon by Leu Jam Entertainment Inc.
A NON refundable retainer fee is due five (5) days after signed date by Leu Jam Entertainment or Act1 Photo Booths Inc to secure and hold date.
In the event Client gives Lew Jam Entertainment Inc thirty (30) weeks advance written notice of Client’s request to cancel this Agreement for any other reason than death or life-threatening illness or injury of a member of Client’s immediate family, Leu Jam Entertainment Inc shall use its best efforts to seek a comparable engagement for the time and date of this event.
Client is liable to Leu Jam Entertainment Inc for any damage to any equipment used at the event resulting from vandalizing or negligent action by the Client and/or any of the persons attending or sponsoring the activity.
Any personnel provided by Leu Jam Entertainment Inc shall enforce disciplinary measures for just cause and carry out instructions as to selection of music and manner of performance
This Agreement must be signed, dated, and returned to Leu Jam Entertainment Inc within five (5) days of the contract date to secure the date and personnel for this event. We are on a first come first serve basis and cannot hold dates without a signed contract and retainer fee.
Governing Law. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by law of the state of Washington. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration of Pierce County Washington in accordance with procedures of American Arbitration Association. This agreement to perform is subject to proven detention by sickness, accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God or any in connection with the event or program this contract is for, unless due to their negligence.
This agreement shall insure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their representative, and excerpts as specifically provides herein, neither party can make any assignment of the agreement of any interest therein without the prior written consent of the other party.
Leu Jame Entertainment Inc or Act1 Photo Booths will need access to 110 watt power (standard edison outlet). Leu Jam Entertainment and Act1 Photo Booths will also need a table provided with a covering of your choice, we do not provide linen or do we move furniture, chairs, ect
